Cuisine in Argentina
The cuisine says a lot about the place you visit and makes part of your experience where all your senses play around.
When you engage in active tourism, such as equestrian tourism, nutritional requirements are an important issue to consider at the time that enjoying the typical cuisine of each region is also paramount.
All meals and drinks are included in our riding holidays:
Breakfast at the campsite: typical mountain breakfast (milk, yogurt, cereals, butter, homemade sweets, coffee, infusions) to boost your energy and continue with the equestrian route.
Breakfast at the estancia/hotels: typical regional breakfast depending on each hotel or estancia.
Riding at midday: light picnic food with sodas or mineral water. Lunches are light for an active and comfortable riding.
Lunch and dinner at the estancia/hotels: specially prepared by each hotel or estancia chef to taste typical cuisine.
Night at the campsite: open-fired meals prepared by Ampascachi’s chef including starter, first course and dessert, wines and sodas.
We wish to offer you the best in every sense and food is an essential part of your holiday. Please let us know at the time you’re booking with us in case you have any special requirement due to health reasons (whether you are coeliac, diabetic or allergic to some foods) or if you have a different lifestyle (vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, lacto-ovo-vegetarian).
