With us, you will discover Argentine culture through culinary experiences. Our typical foods will accompany you during your holidays and give you all the energy you need to ride.
All drinks and meals included
Ampascachi’s equestrian programs include full board throughout your entire riding vacation. Whether in hotels, camping or en route, we take care of everything.
Perfectly balanced meals for riders
At Ampascachi, we take your welfare very seriously. That is why we have prepared a special menu adapted to the demands of equestrian tourism. With foods that will give you the strength you need for the day ahead.
Home cooked meals and regional cuisine
During the trip, we will taste some of the most typical regional recipes; good home cooked meals using local and fresh produce. In addition, we will enjoy the delicacies prepared by our own chef.
We care for all dietary needs
We adapt to your dietary needs or preferences: food allergies, diabetes, celiac disease, vegetarians, vegans, lacto-ovo vegetarians, raw food diets, etc. Just let us know when you are booking.
Where will we eat during the rides?
Camping
We will start the day with a hearty breakfasts that has everything we need to replenish our strength before hitting the trail again. Milk, yogurt, cereals, butter, homemade jelly, coffee, herbal teas, etc.
When night falls, our chef will cook dinner over an open fire, including a starter, a main course and a dessert, served with local wines, soft drinks and mineral water.
En route
During the horseback tour, we will have a picnic lunch at noon, with soft drinks and mineral water.
A light meal to be able to keep the riding pace comfortably.
Hotels
When we are not out on the trail, we will feast on the scrumptious dishes that the chefs at the different hotels prepare for lunch or dinner.
The next morning, we will enjoy a nourishing, country style breakfast. Perfect for a good start to the day.
