Learn the signs of pain in horses
Horse behaviour and the signs from its body are key to understanding if the animal is in pain.
To ensure your horse’s well-being, it is important to identify these signs in order to eliminate the cause of the injury and solve the problem.
In the animal kingdom, since horses are prey animals they try to hide their pain, maybe because they need to stay with the herd. So, when they show evident signs of pain, in most cases, they are the result of a serious condition.
