Horse riding holidays in Salta

Just 45 minutes from Salta, we can find «La Casa de la Tradición», our second equestrian center in Argentina, the starting point of our horseback tours in the north of the country.

This is where we keep and train our own Peruvian horses, the best trail partners you can imagine.

A land of contrasts in northern Argentina

During our journey, we will travel through the varied landscapes of the province of Salta. It has 4 well-differentiated geographical areas and a temperate climate, ideal for equestrian tourism. From the arid Puna desert in the west or the lush evergreens of the jungle in the eastern mountains to the valleys and ravines of the central part.

Two of the most beautiful places in Salta are the Lerma Valley and the incredible Calchaquí Valleys, where we will take the opportunity to visit some quaint villages steeped in ancient traditions such as Cafayate or Cachi.

We will also give in to the charms of the city of Salta, which we affectionately call «Salta la Linda» (the Beautiful). Colonial houses, streets full of history and a natural environment that fascinates visitors and locals alike.

One thing is for sure: when it’s time to say goodbye, everyone is already looking forward to their next visit to this wonderful land of contrasts.
